Shipping & Returns

We are excited to offer nationwide shipping in the United States. Shipping rates are variable and contingent upon your order; please proceed to checkout and enter your shipping address for an accurate quote.

Shipping Methods: Orders will be dispatched via your selected shipping method at checkout.

Processing Time: 3-6 business days. During promotional holidays/ scrunchie sale periods, kindly allow our team 5-8 business days to process your order.

Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are computed by our carriers based on factors including your order’s total value, weight, package volume, and destination.

International Orders: We do not ship internationally at this time.

Delivery Time: Our delivery times are estimated only and are not guaranteed. Once the packages are sent to our shipping provider, arrival times are out of our control and in the hands of the shipping service that has been selected.

Returns/Exchanges: We gladly accept returns/exchanges within 7 business days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. you will be required to cover the return shipping.

Exchanges:

  • Exchanges are only accepted for items that have a manufacturer’s production error or defect.
  • If you believe your item has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will arrange for an exchange at no additional cost to you.
  • To process an exchange, the defective item must be returned before we ship the replacement.

To start a exchange, please email us at order@shewhispersbeauty.com with your order number in the subject line, along with clear photos of any damaged items.  Ensuring customer satisfaction is our highest priority.

If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, we will ship you the replacement. 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
